2010 TECHNICAL DISPLAY DETAILS:

Technical Display Location:
Downtown Marriott Hotel: Kentucky Ballroom
(directly across the hall from the Int. Student Exhibition which is located in the Win-Place-Show rooms - always an extremely well attended event.)

SET UP:
Wednesday, June 9, 2010  1:30pm – 6pm (new start time for set-up)

HOURS OPEN:
Thursday, June 10, 2010, 11:30 am – 4:00 pm
Friday, June 11, 2010, 11:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, June 12, 2010, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

TAKE DOWN:
Saturday, June 12, 2010, 3pm – 6pm

Booth Fees and Benefits
Standard Booth (8' x 10')  $875 USD as of April 19th #1-10 standard booths are available
Premium Booth (8' x 10')  $1,100 USD
Non-Profit Tabletop display (no wall display area, 6' table) $625 USD

Cost of the Standard or Premium booths and Non-Profit Tabletops include the following except as noted:
  • Installed pipe and drape display, skirted table (Non-Profit Tables = 6' skirted table, no pipe and drape)
  • 2 chairs, signage and wastebasket
  • Half page full-color GAS Directory & Resource Guide advertisement per booth reserved (value $200 USD)
  • 2 full-conference passes (value $510 USD)
Number of Booths Available:  50 Standard, 10 Premium (as of April 19th: 10 standard booths are still available, no premium booths are available)
Non-Profit Tables Available:     7 Tables (due to lack of reservations there will be no non-profit tables)

Eligibility:  All Technical Display Exhibitors MUST be current members of GAS through June 2010.

Deadlines and Dates:
February 15    Display space reservations and 50% deposit due on Technical Display Booth
February 18    Booth Allocation Lottery
February 28    Notification of Booth Allocation + Exhibitor Kit with details from display company
April 1            Final Technical Display payment due

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Before February 15, 2010       - full refund
February 15 - April 1, 2010    - 50% refund
After April 1, 2010                  - no refund

ADVERTISE in the 2010 GAS Online Directory & Resource Guide
  • The GAS Online Resource Guide and Membership Directory is officially an online-only publication as of 2010. Visitors to the advertisement section will be able to click on each ad and be directed to your website (if link is provided to us.) The Guide is used as a reference year-round. Resource Guide advertisers receive 10% off Journal advertising. 2010 Technical Display participants receive a 1/2 page Resource Guide ad as part of their package; full page upgrades available for 2010 Technical Display participants for an additional $125. Publication will be available online in September 2010.
  • You DO NOT need to attend the conference in order to place an ad in the Resource Guide.

DONATE AN AWARD to the 2010 GAS International Student Exhibition Winners
  • Gift certificates and/or cash are accepted. 
  • All donors acknowledged onstage at the Closing Night Party, Saturday, June 12 as well as listed on signage posted onstage. 
  • If commitment received by March 1st donors will be listed in the Conference Program Book. 
  • In addition, all awards will be recognized in the 2010 GAS Journal, however donations of $500 or above will receive a paragraph profile of their business (to be provided by company).
