The GAS 2010 Conference has two airlines offering savings to persons attending the conference.

AMERICAN AIRLINES
To make reservations and receive the discount without any additional fee, electronic ticketing is required. Go to www.AA.com and enter the STAR code: 7450AI. Otherwise, calling an agent will incur a paper ticketing charge.

NORTHWEST AIRLINES
To make reservations, call (800)328-1111 and refer to the Glass Art Society Conference. The file code to refer to is: NY29X. Discount applies to domestic fares only. Flight segments on Delta will incur an additional charge.

CAR RENTALS

GAS has obtained a discount for all members with Hertz and Alamo Car Rentals.

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

GAS will provide free shuttles from the Marriott Louisville Downtown Hotel to demos from 7:30 am - 12:30 am daily throughout the conference.

TROLLEY SCHEDULE

For only $.50 per ride, trolleys run from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm every 15-20 minutes throughout the downtown area. Visit www.ridetarc.org/trolleys.asp for route and stop information.

BIKE RENTALS
