Conference attendees will visit GAS' annual Technical Display to see and purchase the newest and best equipment, supplies, services, publications, and educational materials. Located in the same venue this year are hot demonstrations on the CMoG Hot glass Roadshow Unit as well as Flameworking demonstrations.

Technical Display packages are available for $875 and $1,100 USD and include one 8 ft. x 10 ft. booth, one scrolling ad on the GAS website, and two full conference passes. LOCATION: Washington State Convention Center Fourth Floor Exhibit Hall
(demonstrations on the CMoG Hot Glass Roadshow and Flameworking demonstrations will be in the same exhibit hall)

ELIGIBILITY: All Technical Display Exhibitors MUST be current members of GAS through June 2011.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Before February 15, 2011       - full refund
February 15 - April 1, 2011    - 50% refund
After April 1, 2011                  - no refund

New this year! The conference Program Book will be accepting a limited number of advertisements. Technical Display vendors will have the first opportunity to reserve this limited space. Contact Rosie Gaynor, communications manager at or call the GAS office for specs and rates.

Become a Conference SPONSOR

GAS has a number of sponsorships available. In addition to the satisfaction of supporting the glass community, sponsors receive recognition and/or other benefits. Bag Sponsorship: $500 - Opportunity to provide promotional items for distribution to all attendees via the conference tote bag. (some restrictions apply).

Demo Sponsorship: $800 or Lecture Sponsorship: $1000  - Benefits include signage at demonstration or lecture venue as well as recognition in GASnews and the conference Program Book.

DONATE AN AWARD for the chosen Winners of the 2011 GAS International Student Exhibition

  • Gift certificates and/or cash are accepted.
  • All donors acknowledged onstage at the Closing Night Party, Saturday, June 4 as well as listed on signage posted onstage.
  • If commitment received by March 1st donors will be listed in the Conference Program Book.
  • In addition, all awards will be recognized in the 2011 GAS Journal, however donations of $500 or above will receive a paragraph profile of their business (to be provided by company).
