Tech Display in Toledo will be open to conference attendees in the morning and free and open to the public in the afternoon! Showcase your newest and best equipment, supplies, services, publications, and educational materials. Flame and hot demonstrations on the CMoG Hot glass Roadshow will again be in the same venue, SeaGate Convention Center, Hall C. Packages are available for $925 and $1,150 USD and include one 8'x10' booth, ad on GAS website and 2 full-conference passes. Non-Profit rate available.

ELIGIBILITY: All Technical Display Exhibitors MUST be current members of GAS through June 2012.

The Glass Art Society reserves the right to deny applications for anything from anyone for any reason.

April 1	Final Technical Display payment due

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Before February 15, 2012       - full refund
February 15 - April 1, 2012    - 50% refund
After April 1, 2012        - no refund

Available this year, the conference Program Book will be accepting a limited number of advertisements. Technical Display vendors will have the first opportunity to reserve this limited space. Contact Rosie Gaynor, communications manager at or call the GAS office for specs and rates.

GAS has a number of sponsorships available. In addition to the satisfaction of supporting the glass community, sponsors receive recognition and/or other benefits. DONATE AN AWARD for the chosen Winners of the 2012 GAS International Student Exhibition

Gift certificates and/or cash are accepted.
All donors acknowledged onstage at the Closing Night Party, Saturday, June 16 as well as listed on signage posted onstage.
If commitment received by March 1st donors will be listed in the Conference Program Book.
In addition, all awards will be recognized in the 2012 GAS Journal, however donations of $500 or above will receive a paragraph profile of their business (to be provided by company).
