OPEN TO THE PUBLIC with the Goblet Grab and International Student Exhibition also held in the same exhibit hall.
All Technical Display Exhibitors must be members of GAS when reserving a booth and stay current through March 2014.
SETUP: Wednesday, March 19 12pm-5pm
HOURS OPEN: Thursday, March 20 8am-1:30pm
Friday, March 21 8am-1pm and 5pm-7pm
Saturday, March 22 11am-4pm
TAKE DOWN: Saturday, March 22 4pm-6pm

DEADLINES AND DATES
Nov 15 - Reservation form, ad artwork & 50% deposit on total booth fees due to participate in lottery. Booth allocation lottery with notification around December 9.
ONGOING - Booth reservations accepted as long as booths are available.
Jan 15 - Full Tech Display balance payment due and Exhibitor Kit information available.
Before November 15, 2013 - full refund Nov 15 - January 15, 2014 - 50% refund After January 15, 2014 - no refund

Advertise in the Program Book!
GAS will accept a limited number of advertisements and Technical Display vendors may apply before the public.
Become a Sponsor: GAS has a number of sponsorships available. In addition to the satisfaction of supporting the glass community, sponsors receive recognition and/or other benefits.
Registration Bag Insert:
Opportunity to provide promotional items for distribution to all attendees via the conference tote bag for only $500. (some restrictions apply).
Donate an Award for the International Student Exhibition Award Recipients:
Gift certificates and/or cash awards are accepted.
All donors acknowledged during awards announcement at the exhibition opening, Friday, March 21 at 6:15pm as well as listed on signage.
If commitment received by December 20th donors will be listed in the Conference Program Book.
In addition, all awards will be recognized in the 2014 GAS
Journal, however donations of $500 or above will receive a paragraph profile of their business (to be provided by company).
The Glass Art Society reserves the right to deny applications for Technical Display, advertising participation, GAS membership or the conference from anyone for any reason.
