Conference Registration Fees & Price Deadlines
- Register by March 1, 2013 for the lowest fees. - Online Pre-Registration ends Tuesday, May 15. - Registration in Boston on-site begins Wednesday, June 13 at noon, at the VENUE. GAS membership must be current through June 2013 to attend the conference.
Full Conference Pass
Thursday, Friday and Saturday: June 13-15, 2013. Includes all lectures; panels; demonstrations; opening ceremony; closing party; gallery hop; and other events taking place during the conference, EXCEPT special events and tours with additional fees.

Daily Conference Pass - for those wishing to attend only 1 or 2 days
Choose to only attend Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Each day pass includes lectures, panels, demos, and other events taking place ONLY on the day or days for which you register EXCEPT special Events and Tours with additional fees.

By participating in the WORK EXCHANGE PROGRAM you will lower your conference registration fee and have some behind-the-scenes fun enriching your conference experience and saving you money! Collectors Tour, Pre-Conference Reception & Tours
Boston Collectors Tour(Member $1,300; Non-member $1,420) Tuesday night, June 11 - Saturday, June 15 The Glass Art Society has created a special events package for collectors who want to explore the impressive museum and glass collections in the Glass City. Receive a full-conference pass, attend the Pre-Conference Reception in TMA's Glass Pavilion, and watch an exclusive studio demonstration.
Pre-Conference Reception—A Fundraiser ($175 per person) MIT Media Lab - Wednesday, June 12, 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm This fundraiser supported low GAS conference fees for students. Open to GAS members and guests. Guests must be registered in advance. AND LIVE AUCTION...
Tours on Wednesday, June 12 These tours begin and end at the SeaGate Convention Centre (Jefferson St. entrance). Please review the dress requirements for the factory tours.

The Fine Print & Cancellation Policy
English is the official language of the conference. All payments made to the Seattle GAS office must be in US dollars. GAS membership must be current through June 2013 to attend.
CONFERENCE FEES INCLUDE: all lectures, panels, lec-mos, demonstrations, and other events taking place during the conference and organized by GAS except events with additional fees.
DAILY FEES INCLUDE: all lectures, panels, lec-mos, demonstrations and other events taking place during the conference and organized by GAS except events with additional fees.
We are unable to process registration forms received in the GAS office after May 15, 2013. After May 15, register on-site with increased fees.
Student rates apply to full-time students from accredited schools only. You must either be a current full-time student member through the time of the conference or include a photocopy or scan of your full-time student ID or other proof of student status with conference registration and membership form to be eligible for student rates. Rate is determined by date ID/proof is received in office. Registration is NOT complete until copy of ID/or other proof of student status is received. GAS reserves the right to deny registration for the conference to anyone for any reason.
GAS will send confirmation of our registration to you (via email or snail mail) within two weeks of our receipt of your registration form. Please contact the GAS office if you have not received confirmation within a month of sending your registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing before April 2, 2013, will receive a full refund.
Any changes to registration received in writing April 2 - May 15, 2013, are subject to a $35 administrative fee.
No refunds after May 15, 2013.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
The Glass Art Society reserves the right to deny applications for Technical Display, advertising participation, GAS membership or the conference from anyone for any reason.
