David Schnuckel has earned degrees from Anderson University (BA in Fine Arts, ’03) and the Rochester Institute of Technology (MFA, ’10). His work has been shown in many noteworthy exhibitions both nationally and internationally, the most recent being in conjunction with the International Glass Festival Sofia in Bulgaria. Schnuckel’s work had been a contender for the 2012 International Glass Prize, has been reviewed and published in a variety of international magazines, and belongs in several public and private collections, including that of President Bill Clinton. He has been invited to lecture and demonstrate for students stateside, as well as in Japan, South Korea, and Ireland. Currently, Schnuckel lives and works in Rochester, New York as a visiting assistant professor of glass at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
