Event Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• Cancellations received in writing before April 7, 2009 will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations received in writing April 8 - May 19, 2009 will be subject to a $35 administrative fee.
• There will be no refunds after May 19, 2009.

If a cancellation is received in writing (email is acceptable) before May 19, 2009: A refund will be credited to the credit card used for payment for the event(s) requested minus any applicable administrative fees. If payment was made by check, a refund will be sent by check. Please provide the address to mail this refund check to.
