TAKE DOWN: Saturday, June 3 3:00pm - 6:00pm
 

BOOTH FEES AND BENEFITS

50 TOTAL BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE - VIEW MAP
- 16 Premium Booths (8ft x 10ft)  $1,190
- 34 Standard Booths (8ft x 10ft)  $965
- Non-Profit Standard booth rate   $740
All amounts listed are in USdollars. 

INCLUDED WITH EACH BOOTH
- Installed pipe & drape display, 8 ft skirted table, 2 chairs, signage, wastebasket and free wi-fi.
- Two full-conference passes (value $590)
- Each Vendor receives one FREE Marketplace ad on GAS website through June 2017 (value $315)

DEADLINES AND DATES

February 15, 2017: Reservation form & 50% deposit on total booth fees due to participate in lottery. Marketplace Ad due. After February 15, if booth space is still available, allocation will be made as reservations are received.

March 3, 2017: Booth allocation lottery notification.

April 3, 2017: Full Tech Display balance payment due and Exhibitor Kit information available.

Have More Visibility at the Conference

Advertise in the Program Book! GAS will accept a limited number of advertisements and Technical Display vendors may apply before the public. Visit the advertising page or contact Erika Enomoto, Communications Coordinator at  or call the GAS office for details, specs and rates.

Insert your Material into the Registration Bag: Opportunity to provide promotional items for distribution to all attendees via the conference tote bag for only $500. (some restrictions apply).
 
Donate an Award for the International Student Exhibition: Download the Award Donation Form for the 2017 Int Student Exhibition.

- Gift certificates and/or cash awards are accepted.
- All donors acknowledged at awards announcement in exhibition opening
- Donors info received by March 3, 2017 listed in Conference Program Book
- All awards recognized in 2017 GAS Journal. Donations of $500 or above receive a paragraph profile of their business (to be provided by company).
