Kagen Dunn is a senior at the University of Texas at Arlington and will be graduating in December of 2018. She started blowing glass as a freshman at UTA and has been blowing glass for four years. Along with creating work in the hot shop, Kagen also utilizes kilns to produce fused pieces and castings. Throughout her years at UTA, she has received scholarships to take classes at other facilities, like Pilchuck Glass School, Pittsburgh Glass Center, and UrbanGlass. Kagen is an instructor at SiNaCa Studios in both the glassblowing and kiln forming studios. After graduation, she will continue employment at SiNaCa Studios while pursuing residencies and assistantships along the way.
