My passion for art started at a very young age. At just three years old I would draw and paint at my kitchen table with my great grandmother. Since then I have found myself immersed in art daily and my great grandmother has become my greatest influence. I was lucky enough to attend Springfield High School located in Springfield, Pennsylvania which has an outstanding art department. Throughout my high school career I was able to take part in the Scholastic Young Arts National Competition. In 2011 I was presented with a Silver Key Award for a tiled ceramics piece which was later showcased in Tyler School of Art's ceramics gallery. In 2014 I was awarded a Silver Key Award for a ceramics and drawing piece as well as an Honorable Mention Award for another drawing piece. While in high school I also took classes at the Wallingford Art Center as well as a Glassblowing Seminar at Tyler School of Art on the weekends. I am currently a senior at Tyler School of Art at Temple University located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am majoring in Glass and Art History while working towards my Bachelor of Fine Art's degree.
