BOOTH FEES + BENEFITS

All GAS Market Vendors must be current GAS members through May 31, 2022, to participate. The Glass Art Society reserves the right to deny applications for GAS Market, membership, or the conference from anyone for any reason.

Premium Booth (10’x10’) – $1,405 USD Best Locations!

Standard Booth (10’x10’) – $1,205 USD

Non-Profit Standard Booth* – $1,005 USD

*For non-profit and educational organizations only.

Each GAS Market (Tech Display) Exhibitor booth will include:

  • Two (2) General Admission Conference Passes
  • One (1)  10’ x 10’ area within the convention center 
  • 2 chairs and a table
  • In-booth power connection (included in booth fee)
  • FREE Wi-Fi internet access

Materials may be delivered to the following address beginning Sunday, May 15, 2022.

Receiving costs are $10/box or $50/pallet. Payments can be made via this link. 

  • Load-in hours are 8am – 5pm via the loading dock. 
  • The GTCC loading dock is located off Market Street in the back of our building. No parking in Lot F is permitted. Only loading/unloading is permitted in that area. 
  • Flat-bed cards will be available, but if you need hand trucks or dollies, please bring your own.
  • An on-site contact will be provided in the exhibitor packet distributed before the conference.
  • Security will be provided in the technical exhibit area; however, the Greater Tacoma Convention Center and the Glass Art Society cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged materials.
  • The GAS Market will be closed to EVERYONE (including vendors) during off hours. Vendors will be allowed access 1⁄2 hour prior to opening and 1⁄2 hour after closing each day to allow for set-up and cleanup, as needed – NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Cancellations between November 15, 2021 and March 15, 2022, will be refunded in full (100% of the total paid minus processing fees). 
  • Cancellations between March 16 and April 30, 2022, will be partially refunded (50% of the total paid minus processing fees).
  • Cancellations May 1, 2022, or later, are not eligible for refunds.

Advertise in the Program Book! GAS will accept a limited number of advertisements for the conference Program Book. Your advertisement will feature your booth number. GAS Market exhibitors will have the opportunity to purchase ads before the public.
