VACCINE REQUIREMENT:

To attend the conference, and to participate in any conference-related events, you must provide proof that you have been “fully vaccinated” against COVID-19 in accordance with CDC guidelines.  In addition, we will follow all CDC, Washington state, and local guidelines and mandates with respect to mask wearing and other safety precautions, along with any additional precautions that may be put in place by each individual venue.* We will continue to update guidelines over the next 6 months, as CDC, state, local, and venue-specific mandates and guidelines change.

*If you believe you may be exempt from one or more of these requirements based on a disability or sincerely held religious belief, please contact Cynthia Porter at [email protected] no later than 30 days prior to the conference so that we may assess your request and, if legally required, establish alternate safety protocols to the extent doing so does not impose an undue hardship.

HOW TO REGISTER

You do not need to be a GAS member to attend the conference. However, member passes are exclusively for attendees with active GAS memberships through May 23, 2022. Upon checking in for the conference, if an attendee’s membership has expired or they are not a member, we will assist with renewing their membership or exchanging their pass for a non-member pass. GAS MEMBERS SHOULD NOT PURCHASE ADDITIONAL MEMBER PASSES FOR NON-MEMBERS, as these passes will need to be exchanged at check-in and could delay the conference experience.

Please determine the membership status of all registrants before proceeding.
