Program Book: GAS accepts a limited number of advertisements for the conference Program Book. The Program Book only allows for 8 pages of advertising. Ads may be purchased on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All conference attendees receive the Program Book – a vital booklet of 80–100 pages that includes the conference schedule, presentation abstracts, presenter bios, Technical Display information, and more.

DEADLINE: Reserve by December 17, 2018. Full payment and artwork due at time of reservation.

Tote Bag Inserts: Include your promotional item in the conference tote bag (limited availability and some restrictions apply). Tote Bag Inserts offer the opportunity to provide promotional collateral for distribution to all conference attendees via the conference tote bag. Production of promotional collateral is the responsibility of the advertiser. The quantity required varies from year to year, fluctuating between 800 and 2,000. Contact GAS no later than February 1, 2019, to get a better estimate of attendance numbers.

Bag inserts are typically one-sheet flyers or single postcards. Items should be lightweight, slim, and able to slip easily into the conference tote bag, which is 12.5” wide by 15” tall.

DEADLINE: Bag inserts must be shipped to Florida at least a week in advance, please call the office no later than February 1 to get attendance information. If you are carrying them to the event, we must receive them at least 3 days prior to the event so volunteers can stuff bags in a timely manner. 

Website: GAS web ads appear on many key webpages at www.glassart.org. Limited to a total of 6 ads, images rotate continuously. Readers may click through to the URL of your choice. You may provide either an ad or your logo. Ads are sold on a first come, first served basis. Payment is due at time of reservation.

The GAS Marketplace Ads on website (complimentary to all Tech Display registrants): Marketplace is designed to put glass resources front and center, easy to find and easy to use. It is open to those providing services, equipment, and supplies to glass artists, including publications and organizations. Marketplace ads run on the GAS website (listed under Resources).
