Neusole Glassworks is looking for experienced glassblowers!

About Us:
We are part of the Neusole Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not for profit, private operating foundation studio
located in the suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. We have recently doubled the size of our hot shop and we
are looking to expand our team now! We are looking for someone with skills in glassblowing, but cold-working, flame-working, fusing, and
equipment maintenance are a plus.

Job Type:
Full-time or part-time glass blower

Schedule:
Typically open Wednesday through Sunday. Mondays and Tuesdays off unless a special event is scheduled.

Compensation:
• $20 and up depending on skills/experience
• 4 hours of personal time per week
• Health, vision, life, dental insurance available after 90 days
• Vacation pay / holiday pay for full time employees
• Work shirts provided
• Parking provided

Requirements:
• Must have previous experience in glass blowing
• Must be able to provide a resume, and references
• Must be able to provide examples of glass artwork
• Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be punctual to work
• Must be willing to provide instruction to glass blowing patrons of a variety of ages and skill levels
• Must be able to maintain studio equipment and tools
• Must be willing to blow glass in our mobile hot shop equipped with a Little Dragon
• Must be able to report glass and material supplies needed
• Must be able to assist with implementation of special events, fundraisers, workshops and residencies
• Hourly pay for 35 – 40 hours per week (A schedule may involve working weekdays and nights, weekends, and events)
• Must be able to work front desk when needed
