Lincoln City Glass Center (LCGC) is looking for a friendly and motivated payroll and human resources manager that enjoys people, is a team player and would thrive in a fun and creative environment. LCGC consists of a large hot shop, 2 galleries and has 30+ employees and is the largest glass shop gallery on the Oregon coast. In addition, the gallery represents the work of over 100 Pacific Northwest artists. This position involves working directly with the managing partner and glass blower Kelly Howard and other administration staff. Candidates will have 5+ years experience working in an administration setting involving payroll including multiple pay rates. Very competitive pay rate of $25 – $35 per hour (this includes commission). LCGC offers health insurance, dental, and 401k, LCGC has been open since 2005. We are an inclusive, friendly, and positive place to work. 4 work days per week and you can call the amazing Oregon coast your home. It’s usually about 70 degrees all summer and the Pacific Northwest is an amazing part of the country. 2 hours to Portland and 4.5 hours to Seattle.
