Frequently Asked Questions
No, you do not need to be a GAS member to attend the conference. However, member passes are exclusively for attendees with active GAS memberships through June 6, 2026. Upon checking in for the conference, if an attendee’s membership has expired or they are not a member, we will assist with renewing their membership or exchanging their pass for a non-member pass. GAS MEMBERS SHOULD NOT PURCHASE ADDITIONAL MEMBER PASSES FOR NON-MEMBERS, as these passes will need to be exchanged at check-in and could delay the conference experience.
This year, we are excited to partner with the Stained Glass Association of America (SGAA) and the International Society of Glass Beadmakers (ISGB) at our annual conference! SGAA and ISGB members will receive GAS member pricing on registration and we’re including more bead and stained glass programming this year at the conference. SGAA and ISGB members should contact their member organizations for their special coupon code and then register for the conference here.
Cancellations between September 22, 2025 and March 13, 2026, will be refunded in full (100% of the total paid minus a $50 processing fee). Cancellations between March 14 and May 1, 2026, will be partially refunded (50% of the total paid minus a $50 processing fee). Cancellations May 1, 2026, or later, are not eligible for refunds.

Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 6 or more. Email [email protected] with details about your group including names, email addresses, and registration types to receive a 10% discount on your registration fee. Offer not valid for Early Bird or Work Exchange passes and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Kids ages 12 and under can attend the conference free of charge but must be accompanied by a paid adult attendee at all times. Youth between the ages of 13-18 can join GAS and attend the conference as a student member and pay the regular student registration fee. All attendees under 18 must have a parent or guardian on site. Special restrictions may apply for events with alcohol. Parents or guardians may be required to sign a liability waiver for the safety of their children.
