The Marketing & Creative Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility, engagement, and revenue of the WAC. This mid-level position bridges creative production and strategic execution—overseeing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and coordinating with the Director of Marketing & Communications and program leads to ensure consistent, effective messaging across all communications. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Creative Manager will be assigned supervision of marketing projects, maintenance of internal (e.g., staff, artists, contractors) and external relationships (e.g., select media, vendors, Fairfax County), and ensure campaigns align with institutional priorities. The successful candidate manages multiple priorities effectively while building collaborative relationships to advance the WAC’s strategic marketing, advertising, branding, and sales goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and data-driven decision-making, and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the WAC’s growing regional impact.
